Next step: e-Pharmacist

Assalamualaikum and hello there! On the left, I attach the current picture of Fakulti Farmasi (peep the signboard on FF2 building! Thank goodness I got to finally see our faculty having our very own signboard during my last semester) as kenangan hehe. Seems like this would be the very first post that I published in 2022, hm? As always, it is always related to PRP because the next intake is just around the corner, pretty soon. Am I ready? Just ask me any time, now and later, my answer will remain the same: no. But what else can I do about it besides to prepare to the best of my ability, right? Registration for PRP certificate at PRISMA: checked. Application for UF41 position at KKM through SPA: checked. Next up would be permohonan penempatan di sistem e-Pharmacist and I decided to share what I've learned from Program Reorientasi JPA last October (I've got the video recording playing next to this Chrome tab ready to be...transcribed would be the correct word, yeah?) so here it goes. P/s: You can read about this process through another perspective of my friend as well, hers is mostly in Malay and more straightforward. ALSO, I've gotta warn ya that this is a loooong post because I'm explaining about what to do before, during and after permohonan penempatan. If you need to find something specific, then press ctrl+f and type in the keyword that you want. Contoh regarding medical check-up, then letak pemeriksaan or perubatan or medical or check-up and you'll go right where you want to be. Before and during proses permohonan, I dah update paling latest using my own experience. However, the after part (before PTM) still require regular updates because I'm still going through it and I'd add anything I learnt at the relevant parts, hence why this post is very panjang hehe.

Some latar belakang for tujuan pelantikan secara kontrak, basically to speed up the process so that all graduates can finish both: (1) Pelantikan bagi menjalani latihan siswazah (PRP) Pegawai Farmasi mengikut tempoh maksimum selama 2 tahun dan (2) pelantikan bagi khidmat wajib selama 1 tahun (Maximum 3 years in total).

Tatacara permohonan melalui sistem e-Pharmacist (UPDATE 27/1/22: The purple-coloured words are the ones I tambah today after I settle urusan penempatan and I nak you all buka Manual e-Pharmacist sekarang juga so that you nampak how the system will look like and faham apa benda I tulis ni):

Pendaftaran: A notification through email from the system administrator will be sent to the candidates to register first into the system (go to e-Pharmacist and click Pendaftaran Baru). This is why it's important to make sure the email you gave during SPA application is correct.
Personal experience: We can start to register on the day we got the email, but only to do that. We can't log in yet as the system was still not open until 12 noon tomorrow - mentioned in the email and e-Pharmacist main page.

Log masuk: You can only log in after you've registered and the system is open for application.
Personal experience: We were advised not to log in before 12 noon so jangan gelabah okay. Be alert watching the clock, once it turned 12 noon (or 3 oclock, depends) then only you log in. I would suggest for you to open several tabs with the log in page at the ready - save the ID and password into your Chrome siap-siap so it's autofilled when you open the page. But that doesn't mean you can log in multiple tabs at once, in fact I would strongly advise against this. Just use one tab, and if you're stuck - page still refreshing or crashed - then only you close that tab and go to the next one. I buka like 6-7 tabs tadi and Alhamdulillah I got in through the first tab.

Maklumat peribadi: You need to check and kemaskini your maklumat peribadi before you can go to the next tab.
Personal experience: Most of it is already autofilled - like nama, alamat, email etc - so isi mana yang kosong and has red asterisk je e.g. bilangan adik beradik, kewarganegaraan, bilangan anak (your children, if you have any. If none then click tiada), and status pembiayaan (PTPTN, JPA, sendiri etc).

Pendidikan: Kemaskini maklumat tambahan pendidikan selain SPM & Ijazah Sarjana Muda
Personal experience: For example, diploma or matrikulasi (option for asasi tak ada, and my friend asked her senior and she said that most of her asasi friends also picked matrik. I already email the administrator but so far no answer... If you're not confident untuk pilih matrik, then just pilih lain-lain). Tahun kelayakan is tahun you get the certificate or tahun tamat (like for me I masuk asasi 2016 and habis 2017 - so I letak the latter).

Penempatan: This is the MOST IMPORTANT PART (bold, all caps to really highlight it) where you can make the placement choice based on NEGERI/HOSPITAL/FASILITI that were available from the list later on. First come first serve basis, you really need to make sure your internet connection is steady and laju for this.
Personal experience: I ada mention dekat paragraph bawah about this tab - about whether to click Negeri or not. I suggest you do that sebab it took about 1.5 seconds je nak loading tadi. So don't worry about it loading too long. Kalau you risau about your internet connection at home, go to any cybercafe nearest you. A lot of my friends went there today. Just be prepared at this part because I pun terkejut tengok not many kekosongan available for hospitals at Selangor. But if you ask me I can't remember for the life of me how many kosong dekat hospital lain 😂 Sorry, my eyes were only on "Hospital _______ ( 3 kekosongan )" je tadi. I was confident I can look back later because I screen recorded it but...seems like drop-down list became invisible la pula hahaha 🙎🙈

Pengakuan: Semak pilihan penempatan whether betul or tidak before you sahkan permohonan (click Hantar) and print out the Slip/Surat Tawaran - another important part that will tell you whether or not you actually got your facility of choice (!!!!). Surat tawaran yang lengkap would have nama hospital or KK yang you pilih, for example....Tuan/Puan dikehendaki mula bertugas di Hospital Sg. Buloh, Selangor setelah tamat PTM.... If tak lengkap (tiada nama tempat yang dipilih) then sorry to say, you sebenarnya tak dapat pun Hosp. Sg Buloh tu. You have to go back and isi penempatan AGAIN, but by this time not much choices are available. Maybe there are some in Sabah and Sarawak, but if you memang tak nak go there then you'll have to opt out of this intake session - in other words, isi Penangguhan. That's why once you click pilihan penempatan, click seterusnya, quickly sahkan before an interface as shown below will pop out and then terus cetak surat tawaran to ensure you really and truly got your place.

Right, the officer did mention another reason for this problem which is mostly due to the usage of multiple devices at the same time (phone, laptop, tab). When you're logged into the system at all devices, there may be some technical confusion or something along that line so it's best if you use only one device - preferably a laptop because senang nak download documents and print nanti. P/s: If you want a clearer picture of how the system looks like, you can refer to Manual e-Pharmacist because it's got pictures along with the instructions)

Personal experience: Yeah lepas I tekan seterusnya to this tab, I laju gila tick pengakuan and tekan hantar until the interface came out. Then I speed-clicked the orange button of "Surat Tawaran" but it decided to play cak-cak with me tadi 😟 So not funny ok, my fingers were ice at the time that's how scared I was that I missed my placement 💆 The pop-up tab for the surat tawaran was blank and nothing would come out - no PDF to be downloaded - none whatsover.

I repeated this process few times, that is, me clicking the button, looking at the blank page, tekan the button again, and another blank page came out after I closed the previous one. Last sekali the e-Pharmacist page keluar macam "hello the e-Pharmacist page is for this and that, and here are instructions on how to do the permohonan penempatan" (???) like alright that's helpful and all but I need my surat, like, NOW. I try tekan anything but it won't work. In the end, I redha and braced myself to log myself out and try log in balik. Alhamdulillah, this time it worked and when I tekan the button again, the PDF of surat tawaran is downloaded into my laptop. I was still holding my breath but slowly released it in relief after I saw the name of the hospital that I want is there on the letter. So yeah, my desired posting is confirmed!

More elaboration on tab Penempatan, there will be two mini-tabs: Penempatan and Penangguhan so choose either one. If you choose the latter, you won't be appointed during that intake (for Farmasi usually got 4 intake sessions per year). If you choose the former, there will be two sections (1) Pilihan Negeri and (2) Pilihan Penempatan (Hosp/KK) - the drop-down list will display maklumat kekosongan and which facility yang available only. For example, Hospital Kuala Krai ( 15 kekosongan ). However (!!) do not get complacent, you might nampak ada 15 vacancies but never forget that at the same time, another 15 candidates are seeing the same thing. So quickly tekan your choice and the green "Seterusnya". Another thing, click by order okay, tekan which negeri dahulu so list pilihan penempatan will be tailored according to the state. If you tak tekan negeri, then the list will be veryyy long and you dah lose time nak cari which one you nak and there is also the possibility of you choosing the wrong place sebab nama almost sama (e.g. Hospital Sultanah Aminah and Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah - one dekat Johor and another dekat Kedah tau).

As for penangguhan, you'll have to isi maklumat berkaitan tempoh & alasan penangguhan and add alasan lain-lain if relevant. Then sahkan pengakuan and cetak slip penangguhan. Alright so untuk permohonan penangguhan melalui sistem e-Pharmacist, tempoh dibenarkan ialah 4 bulan atau 6 bulan and you're only allowed to postpone ONCE - they would prefer for you untuk lapor diri segera because after that, there will be more candidates coming and they want to avoid tons of backlog.
UPDATE 26/1/22: Looks like we can only register today, and log in tomorrow aka kemaskini semua maklumat (don't worry, there's not much - refer manual like I said //I ada tulis dekat atas apa yang kena isi) and pilih penempatan terus. Be ready pukul 12 tengah hari okay guys, and all the best to you! Take note, PTM will be on 21th - 25th February 2022 so there is ample time for us to prepare whatever we need - documents, clothes, notebooks and stationaries, rumah sewa (if needed) and many more).
Okay, selepas urusan pelantikan there will be semakan urusan Program Transformasi Minda (PTM) in which maklumat mengenai program such as tarikh, tempat (or online medium e.g. Zoom or Meet because I think for now it will be handled virtually) and masa lapor diri ke PTM will be displayed in the system when we log in during tempoh yang ditetapkan. (UPDATE 26/1/22: In the email, it's stated that kita diarah untuk lapor diri ke PTM on 21st February 2022 //same like in the Surat Tawaran)
P/s: I think slides yang KKM officer ni present haritu were mostly for PTM yang face-to-face so I'm not sure whether you really need to print out a lot of things but to be safe, just do so la eh? At least until you get further information on what to do. Anyhow, I'll explain based on what he told us.

(UPDATE: Starting 10/2/22 you can get the offer letter at e-Pharmacist). Nanti you buka system, then click on semakan keputusan PTM > Surat Tawaran PTM for you to download and print out. Please do read the whole PTM offer letter from start to finish. Then click tab Borang Profil Peserta and isi the relevant information (Maklumat keluarga first! Then only proceed with your profile) before you click "Cetak Lampiran B" to download and print out the completed borang. Sign your signature and lekatkan gambar ukuran passport at the provided space. A bit more about the program: PTM is usually 3-5 days long and it's handled by Bahagian Pengurusan Latihan KKM and the location is usually based on zon negeri for Pegawai Perubatan and centralized for Pegawai Pergigian & Farmasi before COVID-19 (well, I guess now we attend at home je la because online kan //yep, it's online for both 4/2021 and 1/2022 intake sessions). After pegawai lapor diri ke PTM, they're not allowed to postpone unless untuk letak jawatan (because you dah sign kontrak perkhidmatan). Pegawai is required untuk melapor diri ke hospital/KK yang dipilih pada hari bekerja yang seterusnya after PTM ended and pengiraan gaji would start on the first day pegawai attend the PTM.

[UPDATE 24/2/22: I finished PTM yesterday and this time it was held for 3 days only. From pagi to petang, there are several time slots for different topics such as sistem pentadbiran negara, overview of perkhidmatan awam, tugas pegawai farmasi and requirements untuk buku log, and many more. Apparently, one of the syarat wajib untuk sahkan perkhidmatan kita ke KKM is that we have to attend and pass this course. So make sure you follow all the instructions given to you by pihak urusetia, be it the appropriate formalwear that you have to wear all the time, the naming requirement for Telegram and Google accounts, opening your camera sepanjang the whole Meet etc. Please don't take this lightly okay, pihak urusetia will call you out if you don't follow the rules. Not only that, your marks will also be deducted and there is a chance that you might fail this course, thus, cancelling your lantikan as pegawai farmasi. Besides that, there will be penilaian kursus with about 20 basic questions related to the topic you've listened so if you paid attention you won't have any problem answering it, I guess. & yes, the test is also dikira in your pemarkahan so don't be suprised tiba-tiba kena jawab soalan on the last day ya.

Day 4 and Day 5 are free for us to go and do PCR test, as a requirement stated in the surat tawaran PTM. Honestly, this one is such a mess from what I've seen so far. Most of the KK didn't know about this so some of them may reject you saying they won't accept people who wanted to do swab test for urusan kerja, even though it's at KKM (which is just...?????) or some may ask you why not do it at klinik swasta instead. This one I kena tanya time nak book appointment. I faham he wanted me to understand the risk that I may come into contact with positive COVID patients if I do it at KK and that if I mampu, I should go to klinik swasta. Unfortunately, I really, really don't see RM200 as a mere RM20 so I will have to take that risk instead, alright sir? Ah but what he said was still true so if you have the money, I suggest you buat dekat klinik swasta je. Plus, the result also selalunya keluar pretty fast, in a day pun possible. Speaking about the result, time you book appointment, jangan lupa tanya berapa lama result PCR test akan keluar okay? Because some KK may take 3-5 days so susah pula if by the time you lapor diri, the result is still not out...

To make your life easier kan, I recommend that you guys call JKN negeri tempat you lapor diri nanti and terus confirm whether they really want you to do PCR test 3 days before you lapor diri, okay? Some of my friends just found out that their JKN do not wajibkan pegawai untuk buat PCR (unless they have symptoms), after they just did PCR test at KK. My friends are still lucky la because they don't have to pay. But what about those who already did it at klinik swasta? More than RM150 gone just like that, yeah. So once dah dapat surat tawaran PTM and you see that PCR test must be done, please call JKN (if you have to lapor diri here first) or your hospital (if you lapor straight here) and terus confirm with them, is it really necessary for you to do PCR test, or will RTK be enough? My hospital allowed me and my PRP mates to do PCR test or RTK self-test outside of the hospital, valid for 3 days before lapor diri. Thank goodness we knew about it before I went to klinik swasta. However, I did manage to get an appointment at KK already like I mentioned above so I decided to do both RTK and PCR. Some hospitals or KK also allow for their pegawai to just do RTK so really, just confirm from the right source quickly and save yourself any headache yeah?]

Now I akan explain pasal dokumen-dokumen pelantikan, later there will be a checklist generated so you can refer from there as well (UPDATE: All these documents must be prepared before PTM, sebab nanti once the programme start they will only do a final check [UPDATE 24/2/22: Well, they didn't really check it sebenarnya? But we did prepare semua early so during PTM we only have to worry about booking appointment for PCR test]. Normally gap after berjaya pilih penempatan and before PTM bermula is 1 to 2 weeks //for us it'll be 3 weeks, so settlekan everything during that time - including KWSP, medical check up, slip bank, gambar etc). Another friend of mine also wrote about this, complete with detailed step-by-step on what to do after selesai urusan pemilihan penempatan so you can go there as well if you think my post is too lengthy and not straight-to-the-point hahaha I apologize for that! This is what happens when I kept updating new things to add here but completely unwilling to write anew 😙
(UPDATE 27/1/22: Hello I see you 👋 Now many of you will come here untuk urusan documents pula kan 😏 Take note the blue coloured words - kalau you compare with senarai semak in the PDF surat tawaran, the number's not the same. Reason for that is...well, there's no such thing as being overprepared yeah. Backup copies everyone, incase you were asked to hand in an extra copy(/ies) as well. For example, in the checklist Surat Tawaran only need 2 copies - but this is waktu you lapor diri. You have to show it to the Dr during medical checkup so that's another copy no?).
  1. Surat Tawaran Pelantikan - Print 5 copies.
  2. Borang Perjanjian Kontrak (duti setem) - 3 copies in total (or you nak add an extra copy as backup also can like I did - 4 copies in total - lebih tak apa jangan kurang), one setem hasil (RM10) for each copy. You can buy it at pejabat poslaju, paste it on the documents and go to LHDN untuk matikan setem....or you can just go directly to LHDN (but BEFORE 12 NOON okay?! Tadi I went around 12.40pm but the staff asked me to go and buy setem hasil at Poslaju because it's past 12 noon already - so I just went ahead and do just that. For those yang buat "digitally" through PC/e-kiosk - that is not available at all LHDN, please call ahead if you want to confirm - you will get resit rasmi setem and you have to attach that to your borang perjanjian. Basically ada dua options: (1) Little blue setem hasil yang ditampal at first page - mesti dicop as tanda dimatikan or (2) A paper of resit rasmi setem given to you to be attached together with the borang). Also, please do give the Panduan Borang Mengisi Borang Kontrak a read, it's there for a reason: to guide you for the correct way to isi that borang - using only permanent black ink with capital letters, the correct tarikh, initials at each page, who can be the saksi etc etc (ATTENTION! For batch 1/2022, you would have noticed at first tarikh lapor diri dekat surat tawaran kita was wrong: 21 Januari 2022. After it was reported, we can download the updated surat tawaran with the correct tarikh lapor diri, which is 21 Februari 2022. However, some of you may not notice that it was the same thing for Borang Perjanjian and did not download the updated version. If you nampak "Kerajaan hendaklah mulai dari 21 Januari 2022...." then that means itu version yang salah. Go log-in into e-Pharmacist again and download the correct one! Penting ok sebab it's on this page that you paste and matikan the setem hasil)
  3. Surat Setuju Terima Pelantikan - 3 copies.
  4. Surat panggilan PTM - 3 copies.
  5. Surat Akuan Sumpah [Akuan Berkanun SPA 6C(2014)] - pergi mahkamah  or any law firm with certified Commissioner for Oaths (Pesuruhjaya Sumpah) for them to sign the document (Simply google the one nearest you, ada banyak so don't worry. You may need to pay RM4-5, I paid RM4 je tadi). At the top part, letak your name and alamat rumah macam biasa. However at the bottom part, the name is yours, but alamat is actually where the pesuruhjaya sumpah is (their alamat, not yours!) - you can simply keep this part blank and they will fill it out for you - and the tarikh is the date akuan sumpah dibuat. Photocopy 2 copies of the original signed document (3 copies in total).
  6. Borang Permohonan Pemeriksaan Perubatan Untuk Pelantikan Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (Pin. 1/2013) - do medical check-up at any nearest clinic, but ONLY after you got surat tawaran pelantikan because you need to show that letter to the doctor. In page 5 (v), ada section for tandatangan saksi so make sure the doctor doing your check-up ask for his/her healthcare colleague's signature. I'm not sure whether it's okay for the same doctor doing your check-up to sign as saksi, but to avoid any future problem, just minta another doctor to sign it yeah 😅 I suggest you letak little post-it notes dekat part yang perlukan tandatangan and cop and state who should be doing it. Page v: 2nd doctor, page ix: makmal, page last: 1st doctor - like this. Tadi my Dr looked at it and terus he went to the next room to ask for his colleague's signature, I tak perlu cakap apa pun hehe. Oh and only urine test is required tau, no need to do x-ray and blood test (unless the Dr insisted because of reasons...like if you have back problems so they'd want to see the xray or some medical condition that requires blood test to be done. It's not compulsory, but if needed then the Dr can order for the tests). So if your KK tak ada makmal x-ray, it's fine and you don't have to go to klinik swasta to do it. X-ray's the most expensive component in the medical check-up so baik you buat dekat KK je sebab you only have to pay RM1 instead of however much dekat klinik swasta for basic medical checkup without x-ray. (It's recommended that you do it at KK or hosp gov - it's cheap (RM1 only) and they're familiar with the process. My friend told me that we can make an appointment thru Mysejahtera > Digital Health > QueueMed. I suggest you only filter by state and type of KK, no need district because then some would not come out. However there are some KK not in the list, so you may have to walk in and request for an appointment - jangan demand nak check-up right then right there pulak la, nanti kena marah hahaha. One of my friend had to scan a QR code and make the appointment thru the link provided by the code). Then photocopy 2 copies of the original filled-and-signed-by-doctor document (3 copies in total).
  7. Ijazah asal dan salinan -  original and 3 copies (for us who haven't gotten our sijil ijazah, use transkrip official + surat tamat belajar like the ones we upload for PRP registration).
  8. Diploma/STPM/SPM asal dan salinan - original and 3 copies.
  9. Sijil Perakuan Pendaftaran Sementara asal dan salinan - PRP certificate from PRISMA, also 3 copies.
  10. Salinan Kad Pengenalan - original and 3 copies.
(1-4) you can print out from e-Pharmacist system after selesai pilih penempatan: (3) is in the PDF surat tawaran and (4) you'll get about one week before PTM (UPDATE 10/2//22: You can download it now!). (5-6) can be obtained from website SPA > Pautan Pantas > Muat Turun. P/s: If asked, hand-in only the photocopies to the PTM people, the original copies are reserved solely for your hospital/KK. I recommend you scan the original copies in your laptop juga, because once you submitted it, you won't be getting it back.

Now, if you have looked closely at your surat tawaran, you'll notice another 2 documents required:
  • Surat Aku Janji - this will be filled after you lapor diri at your hospital/KK
  • Borang Kelulusan Tapisan Keselamatan Kasar - also after you lapor diri, through CGSO. It's a vetting process that I don't really have much knowledge on. So wait until after you dah masuk kerja at your placement and ask the pegawai there okay?

I asked around for some tips on what else to prepare before PRP (yang ada asterisk* kena settle before PTM) and these are some that were shared by my friends:
  • Buka akaun KWSP*: boleh refer website on how to register/buka akaun (bawa IC and phone to your nearest KWSP kiosk)
  • Prepare a minimum of 8 passport photos* (12 la in total kalau nak senang, because you probably already need to paste ~3 gambar on Lampiran A)
  • Get slip pengesahan akaun bank* that will be linked with your gaji, mesti ada your full name and back account number - have them certified by the bank officer on the spot (when I got my slip from Pejabat Bank Islam at PSB, UiTM Palam about two years ago, the officer herself yang tanya siap-siap whether I want her to sahkan the slip. If the officer bagi slip without their signature and cop, jangan lupa minta ya). Take note that slip pengesahan akaun ≠ bank statement. Slip pengesahan akaun is basically a paper with tandatangan and cop pegawai bank yang sahkan akaun bernumber sekian sekian adalah milik you (nama penuh) - we only want the one paper with your name and account number, not the whole bank statement which shows how much money keluar masuk your account each month. P/s: Make sure you cari senior yang bertugas dekat hospital you dapat. Because some hospital require certain bank for urusan gaji (nasib baik mine a-ok with any bank, altho I still need to go and renew my expired debit card haha 😌). For example: HTAR prefer Maybank, so kalau you don't have an account, you need to go and buka a new one. A friend shared a tip - Maybank may require you to make an appointment first so go to their website, pilih service, tarikh and masa yang available and fill in any required info. Download the pdf and bring the printed slip on the appointment day along with RM250 as the fee for opening a new acc.
  • Cop nama (template can ask senior yang buat PRP at that hosp/KK), sulam nama labcoat (optional, some got a format as well - tanya senior), name tag - we still have time to prepare all these once dah lapor diri because some hospitals would provide it for free (like my hospital!), some require you to buy your own so in the meantime go survey which shop you can purchase all of that from siap-siap (while you're at it, tanya juga about attire - clothes and shoes. Some wajib pakai formal clothes like baju kurung everyday, some maybe only on certain days like Monday or Friday. Some require formal shoes macam black leather, some Skechers pun okay - with certain colours, some all ok, some nak black je. Certain hospital wajib juga pakai labcoat, some not - like mine, altho does that mean I have to wear PPE...? 😰 Well point is, it's up to the hospital so bertanya la untuk tahu for sure)
  • Logbook - relax okie, no need to print everything at once (some senior said to print first but no need bind - so follow what they said). Usually after you lapor diri, there will be an orientation period so confirm with your KPF on the printing requirements macam mana, then only you print. For now, you can download and simpan dalam laptop first
  • References and app: CPG, Frank Shann, Paed protocol, Bluebook, UpToDate, Lexicomp/Micromedex, Medscape etc (some kena subscribe but better tunggu dulu sebab certain hospital already got subscriptions). There's a new app created by Hadi Syafrie for quick reference during clinical rotation or PRP shift in general. Features include Bluebook, NAG, all CPGs (you need to download thru the app first), counselling guideline, ICU antibiotic guideline and drug calculator. He's currently working on dilution protocol to be added in the app as well. It's useful because in one click you've got everything you need there. The app's name is Bluebook/NAG KKM Malaysia and here's the link for android and IOS, respectively.
Update: Remember how I keep mentioning my friend also wrote about all these? Shanan wrote a new post about preparations before PRP and it was veryyy informative already. I don't have much else to add so I decided not to write my own post - you can go here to read it. I'd appreciate it if you can bookmark my blog and hers so that you can have several point of references. We mostly wrote this based on what we learned from seniors (in case of Shanan) and pegawai kerajaan (like me), while taking into account the questions we got from our friends. We made sure to post about it through our Whatsapp status, but that only lasts for 24 hours. Therefore, we took the time to compile it all and write it in our blog so everyone can view it again, especially the juniors. I've been searching for blog posts that could help and because there's not much, we decided to contribute this way so everyone will not be left confused on what to do. Everyday I can see the views increasing so I know that our effort is being appreciated and I'm glad that we can help you! All I ask is for you to read it carefully (I'm so sorry about my rambling, long-winded style though hehe), share it to your friends and juniors, and to doakan urusan kami sepanjang perjalanan PRP dan seterusnya dipermudahkan dan berjalan dengan lancar, Aamiin. Thank you!

I think that's all for now? Very the lengthy ya, it took me 2 days to complete this post. Bukan apa, I malas nak transcribe the video je, great effort was needed to put it into words okie hahaha. Anyways, I think I'll stop here for now. I'll be updating this post from time to time if there is any amendment to be made or new tips to be added (which I did!). Good luck and I wish you all the best for your PRP journey!

Till then, Assalamualaikum x
