Annual Certification at PRISMA

Image
Assalamualaikum and hellooooo! I’m back again, this time courtesy of my friends asking me about Annual Certificate application on PRISMA. To be honest, I kept forgetting about this despite my boss telling me to do so before the year ends. There’s still time to apply for it ( due date 31/12/2023 as per LFM above) – this is procrastinator me at work gituh – but since a lot of you are asking how to do it, I thought it’ll be easier if I just write a post for everyone! First thing first, log in to your PRISMA account. Wow it’s been a hot minute since I last opened mine, thank goodness for Google password manager yeah because no way would I remember what my password was haha. Theeeen you go to My Application. It’s where all your applications are, from your PRP to FRP certs, including your soon-to-be annual certs! Click “Apply Now” at the Apply AC. What comes next is pretty much the same thing we did for FRP application, just need to fill in whatever information is necessary. Amend your hom...

Next step: e-Pharmacist

Image
Assalamualaikum and hello there! On the left, I attach the current picture of Fakulti Farmasi (peep the signboard on FF2 building! Thank goodness I got to finally see our faculty having our very own signboard during my last semester) as kenangan hehe. Seems like this would be the very first post that I published in 2022, hm? As always, it is always related to PRP because the next intake is just around the corner, pretty soon. Am I ready? Just ask me any time, now and later, my answer will remain the same: no. But what else can I do about it besides to prepare to the best of my ability, right? Registration for PRP certificate at PRISMA: checked. Application for UF41 position at KKM through SPA: checked. Next up would be permohonan penempatan di sistem e-Pharmacist and I decided to share what I've learned from Program Reorientasi JPA last October (I've got the video recording playing next to this Chrome tab ready to be...transcribed would be the correct word, yeah?) so here it go...

SPA9 application (for PRP training at KKM)

Image
Assalamualaikum and hi everyone. Wohoo, would you look at that! Two posts in a month? That's nearly unheard of actually 😂 Alright, so I planned of writing about SPA application after I finished the PRiSMA one but then I thought maybe I'll just leave that to my friend Shanan to do it (and she did! ). Her posts are more thorough than mine and it's also written in Malay. So if you're more comfortable with that, then you're welcome to go to her blog . I'm so happy that finally there's someone who will also be sharing about Pharmacy stuff through blog like me. Except you can rely better on her rather than me, who only showed up once in a blue moon to update hehe. Seriously, I'd urge the juniors to go and check out her blog for Degree stuff - it's informative and straight to the point. My blog is more of a place for me to rant so the points are a bit all over the place.  Okay, so the reason why I wrote this one is to point out some important points in SPA...

PRP application (UiTM Pharmacy student version)

Image
Assalamualaikum and hi! This time I decided to make an entry regarding what to do pre-PRP training which is applying for PRP at PRiSMA (no promises on whether I can post consistently during my PRP later, doa la banyak-banyak that I can muster up an effort to do at least one entry post-PRP to tell you about my experience). A quick disclaimer before I delve into this: I would be speaking mostly in the perspective of UiTM student, yeah. But no worries, you can actually just read  GARIS PANDUAN BAGI PERMOHONAN PENDAFTARAN PROVISIONAL AHLI FARMASI and you'll be good to go. As you can see below, that is the process that you will all have to follow after you finished your BPharm. I finished my classes at the end of July, did my finals early August and got my results on 10th September. Took me about 2 weeks to know that I can quickly apply for PRP early even without official transcript and all. However I'm lucky (sort of) that my batch wouldn't make it into the last intake for thi...
